Still Growing

Amazingly, I made it to eighty! As with so many men and women during the Vietnam War era, it was debatable that I’d see the 21st Century. Truth told, it's been a good ride. Full of learning with one good break after another. But then, luck is a function of time and perception. This website is filled with lessons I learned told through stories, letters, memories and even a book. Lessons that were positive, often uplifting, and show how I got here.

 My life’s most recent chapter – twenty-four-years of the joys and trials of running a small farming business is complete. That followed 28 years in agricultural research where I rose to Head of R&D for a global company’s North American business. Having said that, time has slowed me down, but experience is now more valuable than ever.  Comments and conversation welcome - Contact.
